In my practice, I offer compassion and the reassurance that life is worth living even at the darkest times. I offer my expertise and guidance in developing effective coping skills in solving life's challenges, healing old wounds and recovering broken relationships.
My passion for helping individuals and families overcome life's challenges is deepened by my theoretical training in various therapeutic modalities that fit each individual and family. l have the experience and training in helping individuals through the devastating impact of substance abuse, depression, anxiety and trauma.
